By placing an order with Brand Central Kelowna (“we”, “us”, or “our”), the customer (“you”) agrees to the following terms and conditions:
1. Printing Disclaimer
Printing on garments is a manual process and may result in slight variations. Minor misprints are a fact of life in the printing industry. We strive for consistency and quality, but perfect alignment or replication cannot be guaranteed.
2. Placement Tolerance
All design placements are subject to a tolerance of ±1/2 inch. Variations within this range are considered acceptable and will not be classified as defects or errors.
3. Liability Limitation & Supplied Garments
We accept customer-supplied garments for printing; however, please be aware:
-A $2.00 surcharge per print applies to all supplied garments.
-Supplied garments are printed at your own risk. We do not guarantee the outcome or take responsibility for misprints or damages to customer-supplied items. In such cases, our liability is limited to $10.00 per garment, and only if the error is due to our process and falls outside our stated tolerances.
4.Order Approval
It is your responsibility to review and approve all digital mockups or proofs before production. Once approved, changes cannot be made, and you accept responsibility for all details, including design, colors, and placement.
5.Turnaround Times
Turnaround times begin once mockups are approved and payment is received. Delays due to approval hold-ups, payment issues, or supply delays are not the responsibility of Brand Central Kelowna.
6.Cancellations & Refunds
Due to the custom nature of printing, all sales are final. Orders cannot be canceled or refunded once production has begun.
