Customer Service and Front-End Production

Job Description:

You will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive outstanding service and that our production processes run smoothly. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Customer Service:

Greeting customers and assisting them with inquiries, orders, and product recommendations.
Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate and timely information.

Production:

Operating and maintaining Front End printing machines, ensuring product quality and efficiency.
Assisting in the production process, including design setup, material cutting, and heat transfer.
Quality control and inspection of finished products to ensure they meet our standards.
Inventory management and restocking of materials and supplies.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Basic knowledge of printing equipment is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
